Hello, welcome to my blog about weight loss. My name is Amanda LaPorte and here I share tips about losing weight. I recently lost 65 pounds, and while that may not sound like a lot to many people, I am thrilled to be in shape again. With two young children, being fit is very important because it gives you more energy. Also, it's nice to be able to fit into stylish clothes again! I found the journey to weight loss and fitness to be a bit of a struggle at times, but in the end I did it! Today I enjoy my healthy living lifestyle, thanks to the diets I follow.
